We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VrikshaHomeware. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We have a 60-day return policy for shipping/packing mistakes or product damages. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your product.

With the environment as a core mission, we tend not to make mistakes in shipping & packing. Returns contribute to roughly 5 billion pounds of landfill each year and we tend to avoid that in all possible circumstances.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly bear the shipping charges for returns of damaged items and will do everything we can to make it right.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For returns due to shipping/packing mistakes or product damage, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted before the item has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
